The day begins with pick up from your San Francisco hotel in our comfortable 15-passenger Mercedes Sprinters. We cross the Golden Gate bridge on our way up to the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County.
The first stop is a small boutique winery with offerings only available on-site or through the wine club. It ia s quiet experience set in a wonderful, peaceful vineyard where you can experience the quiet elegance of wine tasting in Sonoma.
We then move on to Kendall-Jackson winery and culinary garden where the farm-to-table culinary movement is in full bloom. We will stroll through the gardens that are the source of vegetables and herbs for California’s most prestigious restaurants.
Once we’ve seen the incredible offering of the culinary garden, Kendall Jackson’s award winning chefs will prepare a five-course lunch paired with some of Kendall Jackson’s finest wines. The seasonal menu is designed with the freshest ingredients from the garden along with locally sourced meats and fruits.
We start on our return to San Francisco with a drive to the Marin Headlands, which provides stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco beyond. This is an excellent opportunity to take some memorable photographs. We generally arrive back to San Francisco around 5:00 P.M.
