Cabril é uma freguesia totalmente inserida no Parque Nacional da Peneda-Gerês. Localizada no nordeste de Portugal, faz parte de um Sistema de Património Agrícola Globalmente Importante, reconhecido em 2018 pela Organização das Nações Unidas para a Alimentação e a Agricultura. É uma região repleta de história, tradições, belas paisagens e sabores únicos. Para estes três dias escolhemos uma Guest House simples, acolhedora e confortável, uma gastronomia baseada em produtos locais e biológicos e seleccionámos algumas experiências rurais para o levar a uma imersão na vida local serrana.
