This rowing course will take place over 5 days on the beautiful Deschutes River in central Oregon. The river provides an ideal training progression from flat water to class III rapids over the course of 44 miles, and the course is designed for the novice - intermediate rower. The comprehensive training will cover both rowing instruction (2:1 student to instructor ratio) and lessons in expedition travel and river safety. This course will build a solid foundation for private boaters looking to feel more confident in the dynamic whitewater environment with friends and family in the future.
