• For each trip (outward trip and return trip). You can choose 2 of the towns or monuments ( that are on the way to visit ) from the list: Coimbra City, Aveiro City, Batalha Monastery, Fátima City, Alcobaça Monastery, Obidos Medieval Village and Nazaré Fishing Village.

• Before visiting each site. Your private guide/driver will talk and explain all the history, architecture and culture of each location. A road trip does not include guided tours inside the sites and monuments.

• After your reservation, send us the pick-up and drop-off information. Send us your chosen date for your return trip immediately so we can check availability. It is very important that you send us a message or email immediately so that we can guarantee the date of your return trip.

Information on the Limit of Liability for Baggage:

We appreciate the special attention to luggage.There is space for luggage but it is limited. Pay special attention to the number of suitcases:

• If your reservation is for a group of 1 to 3 people. The luxury vehicle will be a CAR (Jaguar XF or Mercedes-Benz E-series: The maximum total space in a car trunk is 2 large suitcases and 1 medium size suitcase (normal sizes).
• If your reservation is for a group of 4 to 7 people. The luxury vehicle will be a VAN (Mercedes-Benz Luxury Van: The maximum total space in a VAN trunk is 1 large suitcase and 1 medium size suitcase (normal sizes) for each passenger.

Excessive baggage is your responsibility. There is no possibility to transport boards or large volume items in a car. You should always notify us or question us in the event that you have oversized baggage.

For customers who have booked for a group of 1 to 3 passengers: Check the number of suitcases in advance. If the number of suitcases exceeds the indicated Space indicated. You must inform us urgently and in advance ( 72 hours before the trip date ). If there are more suitcases than indicated, your means of transport will have to be a Van. And in this way we inform you that a Van has a higher price.

According to Portuguese road safety law: It is not permitted to carry suitcases on passenger seats. We do not carry suitcases on car seats. You can carry a small backpack with you on the car seat.
