Over Rondvaart Delft
Historisch Delft is het beste te ontdekken en te aanschouwen vanaf haar eeuwenoude grachtengordel. Al 57 jaar koersen de schepen van Rondvaart Delft over deze grachten. Langs elke historische bezienswaardigheid en onder de eeuwenoude boogbruggen.
Ons ervaren team van schippers en gidsen laten u Delft graag zien en vertellen enthousiast over de schilderachtige stad. De vaderlandse geschiedenis, de prachtige oude binnenstad, Delfts Blauw, Oranjestad, Johannes Vermeer, Hugo de Groot, Piet Hein en nog veel meer komt aan bod tijdens de rondvaart.
Er zijn 4 rondvaartschepen waarvan de fluisterboot “Willem de Zwijger” een van de eerste volledig elektrische rondvaartboot van Nederland is. Eind 2016 is de “Antoni van Leeuwen hoek” ,de tweede elektrische rondvaartboot in de vaart genomen. Alle schepen zijn van het Delfts- grachtentype. Hierdoor zijn ze geschikt voor alle weersomstandigheden en kunnen ze met een volledig geopend of gesloten glazen dak varen.
De boten zijn midden in het oude stadscentrum aangemeerd. Dit op korte loopafstand van alle toeristische attracties.
