Your adventure starts here! Rolling Hills Zoo is open year-round and accommodates the entire family, even your pets! Here you can get face-to-face with an African lion, a white rhino, a curious chimpanzee, an ornery giant anteater or many of the other 100+ species of wildlife at home in our Zoo.

Expect a fair amount of walking on gravel and paved paths; sturdy shoes will keep you comfortable.
Many exhibits are outdoors with limited shade, so hats and sunscreen are recommended.
Water fountains are available, but carrying a refillable water bottle is smart, especially on warm days.
Kansas weather can change quickly, so bring a light jacket or layers during spring and fall visits.
