PLEASE NOTE: We cannot take you to Oheo Gulch and the Seven Sacred Pools. You may have a chance to see them from above but we do not have a commercial use permit to drop you off or guide you in the park.

  • The Road To Hana is one of the most notable drives in the world which connects to the Piilani hwy on the leeward side of Haleakala. Haleakala stretches to a height of 10,023 feet above sea level. With pristine blue ocean on one side (the makai side) and deep foliage or vast volcanic plains on the other (mauka side), the highway crosses more than 50 one-lane bridges and winds around the magnificent ocean cliffs which guide even the carsick prone traveler into a state of sheer bliss.

  • This trip takes adventure to another level, if so desired, and is more about the journey to and from or beyond Hana, then Hana Town itself! Let us guide you through pre-contact Hawaii, days of the Piilani ohana, king Kamehameha, Captain Cook, and post western-contact ramifications. You will see how old Hawaii still exists today as a blend of ancient Hawaiian and Polynesian traditions with modern western culture.

  • There are numerous optional stops throughout your day including but not limited to, an optional short wake-up hike through a vast bamboo forest to numerous waterfalls, rainbow eucalyptus trees, optional swimming holes, waterfalls, hawaiian taro farm views, local vegan ice cream, banana bread and coconut candy (not to mention noni juice sampling), lava tubes, heiaus, green sand, black sand and red sand beaches, and fresh water caves. For the more extreme sport enthusiasts, you will have the option of some cliff jumping from 3-30 feet and climbing up to hidden waterfalls.

  • The tour is custom tailored to your desires and fitness levels. If there is anything you MUST DO, let us know. We generally ask you at the beginning of the day as we get to know you. The tour is tailored to fit your dreams.

The tour starts around 7:45 a.m. from Kahului and returns anytime between 6-8 p.m. that evening. The return time totally depends on how active you are. If you are a cruise ship passenger on NCL we provide this tour on Sunday and we pick you up around 8:30 a.m.

  • Please inquire for specific itineraries because they are fluid according to the weather, your fitness level, day of the week, and other unforeseen variables. Everything is taken in to account to make your day in Hana a memorable one!
  • If you wish to stop for breakfast at a great spot which provides smoothies, juices, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches let us know and remind us in the morning.

REMEMBER: This itinerary is a guide from which we mold your individual adventure!

No Age Limit:

  • We do not have an age limit as long as the keiki (little ones) are up for it.
  • Babies should be carried as you would at home, but as long as toddlers can walk, we can take them into the rainforest.
  • It is advised that you bring your own child seat and any special snacks they may want throughout the day.
