The day moves in distinct pulses — a gritty, muddy sprint on a 4x4 ATV, a sudden airborne hush on a nine-line zip circuit that ends with a splash, then the slow, cool silence of a private cenote.

Moderate fitness — you should be able to handle short bursts of exertion, steady grip on an ATV, and climb platforms for ziplines.
No formal experience is required but you should be comfortable handling a single-rider 4x4 on uneven terrain; guides provide instruction and monitor riders.
Many parks provide life vests and calm, shallow swim areas; check with the operator in advance and request a vest if you’re not confident in open water.
This trip is not recommended for pregnant travelers or people with recent spinal, neck, or serious cardiovascular conditions due to the ride and high-adrenaline elements.
