About These Park Models sit right along the Elk River. Three Park Model Cabins located on the riverfront of our Noel location. Great for small or large groups.
This rental includes:
- Central Air Conditioning & Heat
- Ceiling fans
- Two bedrooms with Full size bed
- Futon in main room
- Full bath
- Kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave & coffee pot
Outside includes:
- Front porch facing the Elk River!
- Riverfront access
- Fire Pit
- Picnic Tables
You must provide your own bedding, towels, utensils, cookware, personal items, etc.

- 2 night minimum required on summer weekends. Cabins require payment in full, up front, within 10 days of your phone reservation PLUS deposit on any canoes, kayaks or rafts.
