Adventure Tips

Pack a Dry Bag

Keep your belongings dry with a sturdy dry bag—essential for protecting electronics, snacks, and extra layers.

Choose Water-Ready Footwear

Wear shoes that can get wet and provide good traction both in and out of the kayak for safe launches and landings.

Wear Sun Protection

Bring a hat with a brim, sunscreen, and sunglasses—glare off the water intensifies UV exposure even on cloudy days.

Stay Hydrated

Bring plenty of water and light snacks to keep your energy levels steady throughout the 4-6 hour trip.
