About This Adventure

Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure with our Rise & Shine SUP Yoga class followed by a scenic paddle tour of historic Boston Harbor. Enjoy 75 minutes of yoga on the water, suitable for all levels, and then embark on a leisurely 60-minute paddle, all while surrounded by stunning views.

About

This option gives you the best of both worlds! You get to participate in our Rise & Shine SUP Yoga class followed by our Boston Harbor Paddle tour. SUP Yoga classes are for all levels and are 75 minutes in length from our on land lesson to savasana. No SUP experience is required to participant but some yoga experience is recommended. This will then be followed by another 60 minute leisurely paddle around historic Boston Harbor!

Classes include all equipment. If you choose to bring your own equipment please reserve a BYOB space.

Whats Included:

Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) , Paddle, Anchor, Life Vest (PFD), 65 minute Yoga class, 10 minute on water & on-land lesson, 60 minute guided paddle tour.

What to Bring:

Bathing Suit, Yoga pants/shorts, Tank/Tee, Long sleeve (weather depending), Towel, Water bottle, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, NO COTTON!

Arrive Early to Warm Up

Getting to the launch point early gives you time to relax, get fitted for gear, and mentally prepare for the yoga session on the water.

Wear Sunscreen and a Hat
