Embark on a serene journey through the foothills of Guadalupe Mountain, culminating at the breathtaking Las Vistas de Questa overlook. Enjoy stunning views of the town of Questa and the majestic Sangre de Cristo mountains. This relaxing ride welcomes adventurers of all experience levels for an unforgettable outdoor experience.

Requirements

  • Meet at Rio Grande Stables at 4:30PM
  • Minimum Age Requirement: 6 Years Old. -6 yr olds will be led on a donkey
  • Maximum Weight: 250 lbs
  • Horse riding is an athletic activity and you must be able to balance yourself in the saddle, because the horse is balancing itself with you on their back.
  • 1-2 Liters of water in handheld bottles per rider

  • Catch the changing hues at day’s end with Rio Grande Stables. A very relaxing & easy-going trail, with hills & sloping terrain
  • Your wranglers work for tips, so if you like your ride, kiss your horse and be sure to tip your guide!
  • please note: during summer months (monsoon season), rain & thunderstorms are not uncommon during this time of day, as we ride close to the base of the Sangre de Cristo mntns. We ride rain or shine but not in unsafe riding/trail conditions
