You kick the day off with the engine’s slow thrum under a pale Cape Town sky, helmets clipped and maps folded away. The road unfurls—cliffs to your left, ocean to your right—Chapman’s Peak carving a ribbon between sky and sea. Wind pushes at the bike; gulls wheel overhead. Stops thread the route: a coffee in Kalk Bay, penguins waddling at Boulders, a hike to the Cape of Good Hope lighthouse, then the long descent to a Camps Bay sunset.
