The excursion is about 8–9 hours (approximately 510 minutes) with swim stops at Anthony Quinn Bay, Tsampika, Stegna (lunch), and a final swim at Traganou or Afandou bay; there’s a photo stop at Kalithea Springs on return.
A lunch is included on board; drinks beyond basic water/coffee are usually available for purchase—bring cash for extras.
Transfers use small tenders; they require stepping into/out of a smaller boat onto pebbly beaches, so mobility should be reasonable and water shoes are recommended.
