⏰ Ankomst 10 minutter før sessionens start. 👋 Check-in, omklædning i vores indendørs faciliteter. 🔥 3 runder saunagus á ca 8-10 minutter med forskellige dufte og temaer. 🌊 Pauser imellem gus sessionerne, hvor du kan tage en dukkert i vores udendørs koldtvandskar 🧊 eller et opfriskende hop under vores udendørs brusere 🚿 eller "kold brus" vippespanden. 🧖♀️ Herefter er der 15-20 minutters fri sauna til hygge, snak 🗣️ og måske en øl 🍺 eller saft 🧃 sammen. 👋 Afslutning og omklædning – tak for i dag!
