Here, you can truly be yourself. No need for fancy attire or makeup. In fact, casual and comfortable clothing is perfect, as you may carry a hint of that delightful smoky fragrance with you as a cherished memory of your evening.

- Salmon fried on open fire with spruce sprout seasoned root vegetables and Lappish potatoes and horseradish mayonnaise (L, G)
