Details

• Minimum 8-hour rental with 20% driver gratuity added to final billing
• 46pax- $160 per hour/ 30pax (28pax ADA)- $155 per hour
• Each bus has forward facing bench seating with capacity based on two adults per seat for a maximum of 46 and 30 (28 ADA) passengers.

• Complimentary bottled waters
• Safe Transportation for you and your group is INCLUDED.
• Please no pets.
• All riders under 18 must abide by federal, state, and local vehicle seat belt and safety laws and guests are responsible for providing and installing any required car/booster safety seats
• Bodily Fluid clean up fee is $350 and any additional fees incurred for cleaning and/or repairs, help us help you avoid this unnecessary charge.
• On the next page, please provide the transportation needs and itinerary details for your event- it's ok if some itinerary details change later
• A $250 nonrefundable deposit to reserve the bus, with the remainder and gratuity billed due 30 days before your scheduled date of service.
• Please provide any signage for the bus if desired.

How to Book

• Quote and reservation requests may be completed here or emailed to reservations@hoponcville.com (Quote and bus availability responses are not reservation confirmations)
• Include: date(s) of service; pickup/drop-off times and locations; venue name and address; event type (ie. wedding, reunion, conference, etc); planner/coordinator or point of contact during the event
• Call our office 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday for assistance
• Please allow 3 business days for an email response
• 46pax buses will NOT book for drinking tours
• All pickup/drop-off and venue locations must be pre-approved and are subject to denial prior and/or day of if any ingress/egress requests are not met for the safety of riders and driver, and to prevent damage to the bus and property
• On-site Transportation Coordinator Services required for some venues (ask and we'll let you know)

More Details

• We provide shuttle services within the state of Virginia; YES, almost anywhere within Virginia state lines.
• Tour time starts at pickup and ends at drop-off IF within the city limits of Charlottesville (aka- Cville)
• For pre-approved pickup/drop-off locations outside the city limits of Cville: Tour times begin/end when the bus departs/returns to Cville

Cancellation Policy

The $250 deposit per bus is non-refundable. One rebooking/rescheduling will be allowed if requested no less than 30 days prior to date of service. Reschedule date must be within one year of original booking date and subject to bus availability on new date requested. Total balance must be paid in full no less than 30 days prior to date of service. Any bus cancelled less than 30 days prior to the date of service will only receive a refund of 50% of the total booking amount, not including the $250 nonrefundable deposit and online booking service fee.
