With unique red cedar construction and a propane heater, enjoy the perfect sauna temperature. Access cold plunges and outdoor showers, while enhancing your experience with signature essential oils. For private rentals outside of community sauna times the renter is responsible for lighting starting the propane sauna heater.
Please allow for 60-90 minutes prep time before the time that is booked.

Come and enjoy a hot/cold therapy session in our one of a kind saunas that can seat 12 people for community sessions and 14 people for private bookings. The views of Sproat Lake and Mt. Arrowsmith are truly awesome. This sauna is heated by an external propane fired sauna stove that will deliver the perfect temperature for your sauna experience. It has been uniquely built with 4x4 red cedar construction, which adds a warmth of natural insulation.
Each session will include access to cold plunging (depending on time of year and availability) and outdoor shower to cool off. Our signature essential oil made by Clarity will be available to enhance the sauna experience.
Please note, the Lake view sauna is ONLY available for private and community sauna sessions, for a Drop in session please book the Porthole (Electric) sauna.
Come early or stay after and enjoy a meal or beverage at Drinkwaters Lounge (please call the hotel to see hours of operation). Dellas Cafe is open as well for a beverage or a light snack. There are many trails and hikes to do in the area, or bring your SUP and explore the water. Physical activity generally encouraged before sauna and cold therapies.
Bring a change of clothes and a towel for the cold plunge to maximize your relaxation.
