This holiday season, all aboard for a festive journey you won’t forget! Join Santa Claus himself as he enjoys his favorite holiday traditions: riding trains, indulging in cookies, and singing joyful carols! Santa’s passion for trains dates back over 200 years, and the Reindeer Express serves as his cherished mode of delivering mail while his reindeer prepare for their big night.

New this year, meet Elwin, Santa’s Head Reindeer Wrangler Elf! Elwin will enchant children with fascinating facts about reindeer and lead fun sing-alongs during the ride.

During your adventure, you’ll also have the opportunity to:

  • Write a special letter to Santa
  • Meet other beloved helpers like the Postmaster
  • Enjoy a heartwarming visit with Santa Claus himself

To add to the festive spirit, guests will be treated to a complimentary cup of hot chocolate and a delicious cookie. Don’t miss out on this magical holiday experience!

This magical journey takes passengers on a round-trip ride from Noblesville to Arcadia. Enjoy the scenery as you travel through Cicero, over Morse Reservoir and into Arcadia. Please note, visibility is limited in the evening rides.

New this year hot chocolate is included with the purchase of a ticket. Peak and off-peak ticket pricing will reflect on your ticket purchase. Purchase tickets for a November ride to receive the lowest price. 

Or book a private caboose! The holiday caboose will seat 20 people and will depart with our Reindeer Ride. Our Santa is unable to visit the caboose. The caboose will include a holiday sweet tray for your group and hot chocolate.

Ticketing options

Diamond Class: Private table for 4 or 2 Duke Dining offers social tables that will seat either 4 or 2 passengers per table. This top-of-the-line seating will include priority boarding and hot chocolate served in a souvenir mug for each passenger. Lap children are not allowed in this class of seating.

Platinum Class: Private table for 4 Reporter Lounge: Offers social, 4-top table and chair seating. Tables seat up to 4-passengers and are only sold by the table. Private tables cannot be combined with Standard seating options. Lap children are not allowed in this class of seating.

Standard Seating Gaylor Reserved Coach: Our reserved coach offers roomy and spacious economical seating. Seats are in groups of 2 or 4. You must purchase these seats as a group. A group of 4 will have seats that face each other. A group of 2 will face the back of the seats in front of them.

EMPire Reserved Coach: This coach car offers roomy and spacious economical seating. Seating in this car is sold by the individual ticket. Seating is not reserved and will be open seating.

Children ages 2 and under (lap children) may ride free as a lap child in the Standard class seating only.

Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to allow time for parking and check-in inside the depot.

Dress Warmly

Though the cars are heated, bring layers to stay cozy, especially if you choose caboose seating which can be chillier.

Pre-Purchase Beverages

All drinks must be bought in advance; outside food or drinks are not allowed on board.
