You’re welcome to enjoy everything the farm offers before and/or after your scheduled encounter, depending on your arrival time and our normal business hours. Stay as long as you like during open hours—this is not a timed-entry farm ticket!

📅 Encounter Duration & Schedule

• 30-minute group session (up to 30 guests per group)

• Offered during our normal farm hours:

  • Fridays & Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Sundays: 11 AM – 5 PM
  • Special Holiday Hours: December 22nd, 23rd & 26th: 11 AM – 5 PM

🧤 What to Expect During Your Encounter

Step inside the reindeer enclosure for a magical, interactive experience!

• Learn fun and fascinating reindeer facts along with a safety briefing prior to entering the enclosure (~approximately 7 minutes)
• Get memorable up-close photos with Santa’s reindeer
• Spend time observing and interacting with these gentle, magical animals
• Led by trained staff who make the experience safe, educational, and unforgettable

Encounters begin promptly at your scheduled time. Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and walking to the reindeer barn. This is an outdoor activity—dress for the weather and wear boots!

🎄 Farm Access All Day

In addition to your encounter, enjoy all the festive fun included in a regular Day Pass, such as:

• Viewing all our animals (many can be petted!)
• Access to the indoor playground, bounce house, pedal cars, and mini zips
• Letter writing to Santa, Christmas karaoke, and holiday games
• The Reindeer Express train (children only)
• Delicious eats from The Reindeer Farm Food Truck
• Free wine tasting (for adults) from our mobile winery

🎫 Important: Reindeer encounters sell out quickly—especially on weekends and close to Christmas. Don’t wait to book! We can’t wait to help you make magical holiday memories.

Rules

1. Arrive for your scheduled encounter 15 min early. These are scheduled events with limited time slots. If you are late you will forfeit the up-close encounter portion of your visit.
2. All children under 3 must be held while in the reindeer pen.
3. No strollers or car seats inside encounter area.
4. No running or horse play.
5. Must listen to staff members at all times
6. Failure to comply will end your encounter without refund.
7. You are participating at your own risk.
8. Tickets can be rescheduled with a 72 hour notice as long as we have the availability.
9. Sanitization is key to keeping our reindeer healthy. Goats and sheep are DEADLY to reindeer. If you have been around them, you must change your clothes and shoes before visiting the farm.
10. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket for the reindeer encounter.
