Meet our Divemaster for some dive theory and gear set up, then join them on our local shore dive. We will talk about equipment set up, basic skills and we will work on your buoyancy. The Refresher course suits diver that have been out of the water for 6 month to two years. Otherwise, we suggest to take part to our Reactivate Course!
Make sure you haven’t dived for at least 6 months but less than 2 years, as this course is tailored for that range.
Having your own mask and fins speeds up the setup process and increases comfort during the refresher.
Drink plenty of water to reduce the risk of decompression sickness during and after your dive.
Disclose any health issues to the Divemaster before the course starts for safety.
