The mission of the Red River Off-Road Coalition (RROC) is to assist the US National Forest Service in maintaining, repairing, and enhancing the off-road trails in the Carson National Forest areas surrounding the Town of Red River. In addition, RROC will promote safety and environmental sustainability by educating our resident and visiting users in safety, good off-road practices and environmental sustainability. The Red River Off-Road Coalition is a 501-C3.
