Please choose a shuttle departure time from Pine Creek Outfitters. Our shuttle service will take you from Ansonia to Rattlesnake Rock. This option works best for hikers & backpackers on the West Rim Trail, and also for bikers who want to bike north on the Pine Creek Rail Trail (from Blackwell to Ansonia). Shuttle Departure Times: 8:30 AM, 12:30 PM, and 3 PM.
We cannot transport bikes with front fenders, please remove them before shuttle time. We also cannot transport bikes with tires over 2.8-inch width.. Please call for more information.
Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to shuttle time.
There is no such thing as bad weather- just bad gear.
There is a non-refundable $10 per person deposit.
-Customers will only be issued a refund with 48 hour notice (minus $10/ person processing fees). -Customers with less than 48 hour notice will not receive a refund.

Carry sufficient water especially in warmer months as trail replenishment points are limited.
