Japanese ramen is very popular right now. The broth is important when preparing it. In this course you will learn two different vegan broths, plus a lot of toppings. And so that we can get a further insight into Japanese cuisine, we prepare various gyoza.
Our classes take place in small groups of a maximum of 10 people, so that everyone has the opportunity to actively participate and learn from the preparation. After a brief introduction to the course, it's time to get down to business: In two teams, you will cook the delicious dishes step by step, which we will then enjoy together. At the end of the course, you will receive a digital recipe book so that you can recreate the dishes at home at any time. Let yourself be inspired and experience the diversity of Japanese cuisine - we look forward to seeing you!
