About This Adventure

Dive into the vibrant world of Japanese cuisine with this hands-on ramen and gyoza cooking class. Learn to create two unique vegan broths and a variety of delicious toppings in a small group setting. Enjoy a collaborative cooking experience, and take home a digital recipe book to recreate the flavors anytime!

Japanese ramen is very popular right now. The broth is important when preparing it. In this course you will learn two different vegan broths, plus a lot of toppings. And so that we can get a further insight into Japanese cuisine, we prepare various gyoza.

Our classes take place in small groups of a maximum of 10 people, so that everyone has the opportunity to actively participate and learn from the preparation. After a brief introduction to the course, it's time to get down to business: In two teams, you will cook the delicious dishes step by step, which we will then enjoy together. At the end of the course, you will receive a digital recipe book so that you can recreate the dishes at home at any time. Let yourself be inspired and experience the diversity of Japanese cuisine - we look forward to seeing you!
