I've spent the past five years exploring the El Yunque Rainforest to find the most gorgeous spots on the island. On this adventure, we will explore Las Tinajas Falls. We will hike through the rainforest and enjoy river views on our way to two incredible waterfalls. As a bonus, I generally bring fresh local fruit to eat. Something about eating a mango next to a beautiful waterfall makes it taste so much better. Once we get to the base of the rainforest, we will gear up. All you need to take with you at this point is your shoes, some clothes you don't mind getting dirty, your bathing suit, and a can-do attitude. For anything extra you don't want to bring, you can leave it safely in the vehicle. Let the adventure begin. We will walk along the river up to the two waterfalls. Most of the path is pretty simple, but there are some tricky spots. Don't worry; I am there to assist you if you need any guidance. We will stop at the first waterfall and enjoy the scenery. The next waterfall is even more majestic with breathtaking views. What an experience!
