About

Our tours kick off on the balcony of our distillery where you are greeted with a Brookie's Byron gin and tonic on arrival. After hearing a bit about our story, your guide will take you on a walk through our regenerated subtropical rainforest where you will become well acquainted with the native ingredients used in our gin. After that, we will come back up to the distillery for an extended, guided tasting while learning all about the art of distillation. After the tour, groups are more than welcome to hang out on the balcony and enjoy a drink or a DIY grazing platter overlooking the rainforest.

To finish on a high note, all of our attendees will receive a 10% discount on Brookie's purchases in the cellar door following their tour!

Please keep in mind that a portion of this tour takes place walking through our regenerated rainforest, so please wear something comfortable to walk in.

Minors under 12 years of age can accompany their parents on the tour free of charge.
