Enjoy a guided and relaxing ride to Rainbow Falls and the San Joaquin River in style and comfort.

What to Bring?

  • Please wear long pants and full-coverage shoes or boots (No Sandals).
  • Long sleeve shirt, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended.
  • A small saddle bag is provided to hold your phone, water, small snacks, and sunscreen.
  • Please do not expect to carry a purse, backpack, camera bag or other items which may dangle from you.

More Information

This activity begins the Red's Meadow Resort General Store. Please arrive 30 minutes early. All children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Helmets are not required, but are available by request at site. You may bring your own helmet, if you prefer. All guests must be physically able to mount and dismount from a stump and safely sit on the saddle for the duration of the ride unassisted. Any guest with a confirmed reservation may drive into Red's Meadow Resort, you are not required to take the shuttle. A Forest Service Fee will be assessed at the Minaret Summit entrance station ($10.00/vehicle).
