  • Departure: 7:15am Greensburg/Greengate Centre Walmart
  • Please arrive for check in at 7am
  • Train departing Greensburg Amtrak Station at 8:10am
  • Return: Scheduled at Greensburg Amtrak Station at 7:00pm
  • We will then be transported back to our cars @ Walmart

Transportation to & from Walmart provided due to VERY limited parking at the Greensburg Amtrak Station.

Included

  • Round-Trip Amtrak Train Transportation between Greensburg & Altoona. Limited café-style menu available onboard for your convenience, at your expense. Breakfast items include sandwiches, muffins, oatmeal, etc. Dinner items include hot dogs, hamburgers, stromboli, wraps & etc. Snack items include cheese/crackers, veggies, chips, popcorn, cookies, nosh box, etc. There are also a variety of both non-alcoholic & alcoholic beverages in the café.
  • Deluxe Motorcoach Transportation in Greensburg & Altoona to local stops (also includes Driver Tip)
  • Self-Guided Tour of Railroaders Memorial Museum Houses a stunning example of railroad architecture and a monument to the individuals who built it. Gift Shop on site.
  • Lunch We will enjoy a nice lunch served to us at The Dream Restaurant! Also includes a beverage, dessert & meal gratuity. (Limited menu includes seasoned chicken breast, roast beef, or meatloaf (each served with 2 sides of your choice) or your choice of hot roast beef or turkey sandwich with 1 side. The dessert options will be apple crisp à la mode or one of their famous cream puffs. Bakery on site if you want to take some desserts home, too. (Feel free to bring a cooler/thermal bag with ice for under the bus).
  • Stop at Blair Candy Boasts a deliciously huge selection of your favorite bulk candy, gum and mints, bulk peanuts and more. Everyone will receive a free candy or snack of Blair’s choice (w/ purchase).
  • Stop at Boyer Candies, Proud Creator of the Mallow Cup.
  • Self-Guided Tour of World-Famous Horseshoe Curve. Take a self-guided tour of the museum & sit outside on a bench to watch the trains come through Horseshoe Curve. Gift Shop on site.
