Meet Paul, Tammy, and Toby They like to call it their mid-life adventure. Tammy had been looking for a career change for a few years. Paul’s always looking for a challenge and neither of them can be still very long. When Covid shut everything down and they were both working from home, it really became evident that they needed something more. For years, one of their favorite things to do was to seek out different breweries in whatever city they were visiting. Paul’s been home brewing for years and decided to go to school to become a brewmaster and Tammy would open a taproom to serve his top-notch brews.
Paul, retired Marine, was serving as the Sheldon Town Justice when they were in the planning stages of the brewery. He came up with the idea of Beer Justice, the town justice doing beer justice. There were so many ways to play on this theme, it stuck.
