Learn how to stand up paddleboard from one of our professional SUP racers or ASI & WPA certified instructors. The 60 minute lesson will start on land followed by equipment overview, board handling, and entry/exit instruction. The water portion of the lesson will cover paddle and stroke technique, stance and form instruction, water safety, and an introduction into turning.

Dress in lightweight, moisture-wicking layers to stay comfortable during water exposure.
Even on cloudy days, UV exposure is high near water—apply waterproof sunscreen before your lesson.
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any paperwork and receive safety briefings without rush.
