Adventure Tips

Bring a secure container for your jack-o’-lantern

Use a waterproof box or wrapping to keep your pumpkin dry and intact during your paddle.

Wear layered clothing for evening temperatures

Temperatures can drop quickly at night on the water, so dress accordingly to stay warm and comfortable.

Use a waterproof headlamp or flashlight

Lighting helps with navigation and safety during the night paddle but choose a hands-free option for convenience.

Arrive early for boat loading and safety briefing

Getting settled well before sunset ensures you receive important instructions and pick your spot on the water.
