Most of our trips have a live commentary during the trip - including how Swansea became known as Copperopolis.
The safety of our passengers and crew is of utmost importance to us.
We are licensed by the Maritime Coastguard Agency (MCA), and abide by their rules and regulations.
In the event that the Boat Master deems that the weather or river conditions are unsafe for us to sail, we may have to cancel the sailing. As it is not possible to predict conditions weeks in advance, we are constantly monitoring conditions and try to give as much notice as possible to any cancellation.
