We welcome our guests with some nice appetizers and chef bites.
We will then make two spontaneous dishes together focused on Italian Staples, and based on our guests' dietary restrictions, allergies and preferences. Our chefs will show you how to make delicious meals with a few fresh, seasonal ingredients that you can easily replicate at home.
Once we are done cooking, you will enjoy everything you made around a communal table.
During class we also offer welcome drinks (including a welcome cocktail or wine/beer). We serve one of our signature desserts at the end. Guests are welcome to bring their favorite adult beverages. We do not charge any corkage fee.
