A salt-scented breeze from the Mediterranean carries the sound of vendors calling out fresh figs and Provençal olives as the old stone streets of Antibes come into focus. The tour starts amid the hum of a morning market — colorful produce piled under striped awnings, local cheeses waiting to be sampled, and the rhythm of the Côte d'Azur setting the pace.

St‑Paul‑de‑Vence was a medieval fortified village and later an artists’ refuge; Bellet’s vineyards are among the oldest on the Nice hillsides with a winemaking tradition dating back centuries.
Vineyards here are often small and parcelled; support local producers and avoid leaving waste at vineyards or market stalls to reduce impact.
