About This Adventure

Meet local cheese producers, discover charming villages and scenic vineyards

Duration

8 hours

About

Experience the Italy’s finest Prosecco made in the DOCG wine district and very delicious cheeses produced by family run Fattoria Curto with the cheese shop located in the Prosecco hills.

In the morning you will savor the typical “formaggi di malga” (stravecchio, sottofieno, morlacco, smoked ricotta) that a knowledgeable staff create through generations. Then you will enjoy a world of passion visiting two wineries and tasting four different types of Prosecco (Brut, extra dry, millesimato, extra brut) in each winery including a light lunch made of tasty plates of typical local salami and traditional Italian focaccia. You will discover with an English guide all the secrets of the production and of the process of prosecco and cheese. The prosecco wine and cheese tour will also offer you to visit the enchanting hills of Prosecco (now Unesco Heritage) along charming villages and scenic vineyard countryside discovering the famous Osteria Senz’Oste with its wonderful view.
