We work with groups of all sizes, from solo travelers to groups of 15+. Enjoy a custom experience designed to meet your group's level, goals and needs with expert attention from our amazing teachers.
We take our time during sessions to allow you to reach deeper places of peace and stillness that you cannot get to in a studio session. Classes last a minimum of 90 minutes, and often go up to 2hrs.
This is a gentle, restorative experience. All ages and levels welcome, no experience required - just an open mind and desire to grow.

We only teach powerful, traditional Hatha yoga science and techniques. In the other words, the practice is true to its Eastern roots and very unlike Western "fitness yoga". You'll learn deeply invigorating Pranayama (Breath Work) alongside restorative asana postures. Take your time, go slow and dive deep - this practice is all about the inward journey.
