  • Our boats are highly stable and are very unlikely to capsize - Non swimmers are welcome but should identify themselves to the instructor - Bring footwear that you don't mind getting wet in, such as old trainers or crocs, a spare pair of clothing to change into afterwards, and a large towel or changing robe to use after the session has finished.
