Humpback Migration

Humpback whales visit Hawaii from November to April but our best time to see them is from January to March. They migrate to Hawaii from Alaska to mate and have their babies. During their time in the islands, you can spot them along the coast showing off to attract mates, teaching newborns how to swim, or just relaxing at the surface while they cruise down the coast.

What are the chances of whale sightings?

While there is never a guarantee with wild animals, we will give you the best chance to see these creatures. Our crew is highly experienced in locating whales along the coast and we run a communication network with all the other captains out on the water. This means that if there are any whales in the area that day we're sure to know about them!
