Private shuttle rides must be scheduled by 3:00 PM the day before they are needed. Ride times are subject to availability. Arrive 15 minutes prior to departure as your reserved hour begins at the time specified, ready or not.

The reservation begins at the dock at the time specified and ends with the boat returning back at the dock 45 minutes later. If you need additional time you can purchase back-to-back timeslots without needing to return to the dock in between.
Trip times may be delayed anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes depending on passenger volume, weather conditions or other factors. The captain will notify you in advance if there is a delay expected.
Tickets are non-refundable but are able to be rescheduled by emailing info@s2skeywest.com, up to 48 hours before departure. Full refunds are issued in the event of a shutdown due to bad weather.
