Learn to Stand Up Paddle in just one lesson! We will cover all the basics and show you everything you need to know in order to paddle on your own correctly and safely. Beginner lessons are taught in calm, flat water perfect for learning. 

Topics: Positioning yourself on the board, paddling techniques, how to maneuver over waves, turning the surfboard, how to get to your feet, proper stance, balance techniques, safety rules.

Lesson Includes: stand up paddle board and leash
