A cold wind races down the U-shaped gorge of Lauterbrunnen as you shoulder skis and step toward the lift. The valley floor hums with trains and waterfalls, while above, grassy ridgelines and snowfields wait. In minutes you ride a mechanical lift to a launch meadow; the mountain air leans in, daring you to run, ski, and fly.

Yes—this experience requires strong, confident alpine skiing ability; you must manage short technical turns and landings in variable snow.
No—ski equipment is not included. You must bring your own skis, boots, poles, and appropriate avalanche/recovery gear if advised by the operator.
The operator cancels flights in high winds, whiteout, or unstable conditions; cancelations are made for safety and typically communicated with at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
Meet at Lauterbrunnen train station; the tour includes lift transfers to the flying site and runs about 3–3.5 hours including instruction and preparation.
