DURATION:

Approximately 3 hours of snorkeling bliss, including gear fitting, safety briefing, and one hour of exploration in the water!

Meeting Location

We’ll kick off your exclusive adventure at our dive center, located at Road 115, Km 12.0, Rincon, Puerto Rico. Please arrive at the time stated in your reservation for check-in. From there, your personal guide will assist with gear fitting and provide a briefing before heading to the snorkeling entry point, just a quick 5-minute drive away!

🚫Weather & Cancellations

We get it—plans can change. Here’s our cancellation breakdown:

• To receive a full refund, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your tour.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund.
• If you do not show up and do not contact us, a refund cannot be issued. Our team will attempt to reach you at the time of the tour if you’re a no-show.

All cancellations must be made by calling the dive center directly at 787-506-3483.

Cancellations made via email or voicemail may not be honored.

Why a cancellation fee? Our guides reserve this time for you. We appreciate your understanding!🙏

Weather Related Cancellations - Safety first! We reserve the right to cancel or reroute tours up until the last minute due to weather, safety, or other uncontrollable circumstances. In this case we will try to reschedule, agree on another more accessible destination, or if necessary give a full refund.
