Adventure tips

Confirm flight and pickup detailsProvide exact flight arrival times and a contact phone number; chauffeurs monitor arrivals but departures must be updated by the passenger.

Pack layers for microclimatesTemperatures can shift from cool coastal fog leaving SFO to warmer inland Sonoma—bring a light jacket you can stash in your carry-on.

Know vehicle luggage limitsExecutive sedans fit up to three medium suitcases; request a larger SUV or sprinter if you have oversized bags or a larger group.

Plan for peak-hour delaysAllow extra time for evening or holiday traffic; the company lists 2–3 hour travel windows to account for congestion.

Recommended gear

Layered jacket: Useful because coastal fog and inland sun can produce quick temperature swings during the drive.
Phone charging cable: Keep devices charged for communication with your chauffeur and navigation.
Compact luggage with wheels: Eases loading and fits typical vehicle luggage capacities for sedans, SUVs, and vans.
Noise-cancelling headphones: Helpful for resting on longer transfers or tuning out freeway noise during peak traffic.
