River Brewery Tour
Book your private group experience with Cedar Rock Adventures.We offer raft brewery tours down the river. Asheville is known for Beer and Nature! We combine the two. This is a fun trip to bar hop by boat. We will casually float down river and stop at some local bars and breweries. We have a cooler with ice and you are welcome to bring your own beverages along. You only need a couple beverages for the river as we will be stopping at the breweries.
Minimum Group Quantity 8
This is perfect for group events. We offer an 8 person raft and a 12 person raft for a maximum group size of 20. We are able to accommodate larger groups with advanced notice. The tour does not include alcohol at the breweries or gratuity for the guide. Recommended gratuity is 10-20%
We will relax and enjoy cold beverages and river views. We will make 2-3 stops depending on whether rafting or canoeing. We will have time for a beer at each spot and will end at New Belgium Brewery.
Parking & Transportation
We recommend parking at New Belgium Brewery and taking an Uber or Lyft to the Hominy Creek River Park. That way you can float back to our final destination. We do not offer shuttle services. It is easy to set up a shuttle with multiple vehicles as it is only a 10 minute drive. We start at Hominy Creek Park and end at New Belgium Brewery. It a 4 mile bike path connecting the two. Do not enter through the gates at French Broad Outfitters. We will meet you by the stairs to the river.
What to bring
Clothes that you don't mind getting wet, shoes that can get wet, and beverages for the trip if you like. Please bring ID, and debit or credit card for the bar.
