Important Information

  • Vehicles can fit 8 adults comfortably. We are able to accommodate more individuals with extra vehicles if notified at the time of booking. It is recommended to book at least one week in advance.

  • ATTENTION: Giraffes will be kept in their heated barn if the weather is not ideal for their species and their comfort. This may include temperatures below 50 degrees or inclement weather. Our Animal Care experts assess the weather on a day-to-day basis with the safety of our animals as a top priority. They also consider the duration of time it will take to release the Giraffe's from their barn and for the Giraffes to safely return to the comfort of their barn.

  • Our facility is a free-roaming conservation. Therefore, our animals can roam freely throughout our 900 acres. Our Tour Guides will attempt to get as close as possible to our variety of species. The animals at our facility are not forced to interact with any tour.
