The city hums beyond the trees as a pedicab eases into the shade — a small carriage that lets Manhattan breathe for you. Riders feel the slow lift of the city skyline as lanes of elm and oak usher them past the Mall, Bow Bridge, and Bethesda Terrace; the air carries street music and the distant click of camera shutters. Central Park becomes an active companion, its ponds daring you to pause and its paths nudging you toward scenes both famous and quietly fleeting.

The Central Park Conservancy manages restoration and daily upkeep; visitors are asked to follow park rules, stay on paths, and pack out trash to protect plantings and wildlife.
