We require a $60 non-refundable reservation fee at the time of booking.
There is a 10-person minimum required to host a private event.
Private parties will reserve the entire studio and be able to pick their featured masterpiece!
Private parties can be held anytime based on availability. *Please note we try to accommodate times outside of our normal schedule, but can not guarantee availability.
No experience necessary! Think you’re not artistic? Think again. Everyone (Yes, everyone!) has an inner artist just waiting to be discovered. At Merlot and a Masterpiece, you will find a fun, relaxing, and creative environment where you can laugh, imagine and create your own Masterpiece.
We are a complete BYOB (Bring your own booze).
Bring any drinks, alcoholic or NON, and your snack or food of choice.
Valid Identification Age 21+ for any alcohol consumption.
There is no dress code, but there is a possibility that you might get paint on your clothing. We will provide you with an apron but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art.
Please arrive AT LEAST 15 MIN prior to the start of your event. CLASS WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME - so DON'T BE LATE! The studio will be available 30min prior to the start of your event for socializing and mingling.
Please utilize the parking garage located on Center St between Market St and Monroe St. There is street parking available, but can be difficult to find. Please plan accordingly.
Book your private party well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Communicate any dietary restrictions to the host prior to the event for customized catering options.
Wear casual, comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit of paint on during the art activities.
