Girls Night Out, Birthday Parties, Bridal Parties, Corporate Events, Family Get-Togethers - whatever you want to host!

We require a $60 non-refundable reservation fee at the time of booking.

There is a 10-person minimum required to host a private event.

Private parties will reserve the entire studio and be able to pick their featured masterpiece!

Private parties can be held anytime based on availability. *Please note we try to accommodate times outside of our normal schedule, but can not guarantee availability.

• Most days are available for private parties (depending on availability) and can be reserved with a guaranteed minimum of 10 painters with a maximum of 30 people. 
• 10 person minimum is required for a private party
• $60 non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve the date
• You get to select ANY PAINTING you wish to do from our Masterpiece Gallery.  Please email us a screenshot or the name of your chosen painting to merlotandamasterpiece@gmail.com 48hrs prior to your event.  
• STEP-BY-STEP classes (which is 95% of private parties) you will CHOOSE only one painting; our artist can only paint one painting at a time. Please refer to our classes for more accurate descriptions
• PICK YOUR OWN is an option for this; but it is less instruction from the artist; and more of a free paint option
• If you are looking for a custom creation; we can do that!!! We need to have atleast a 7 day notice and there is an additional $35 charge for a custom painting.
• We can also do "PAINT YOUR PET" or "PAINT YOUR PARTNER" as options for the event for an additional charge of $5/per person - ask for more details on either of these if you are interested!
• Classes are 2 hours.
• Cost is $35 per person 
• We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paint & apron.  
• YOU bring beverages (including water) and/or appetizers for the party!
• We have wine glasses, corkscrews, ice buckets, plasticware, and paper plates. 
• Please arrive AT LEAST 15 MIN  prior to the start of your event. CLASS WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME.  
• The studio will be available 30min prior to the start of your event for socializing and mingling.

What To Expect

No experience necessary! Think you’re not artistic? Think again. Everyone (Yes, everyone!) has an inner artist just waiting to be discovered. At Merlot and a Masterpiece, you will find a fun, relaxing, and creative environment where you can laugh, imagine and create your own Masterpiece.

What To Know

• We do not have an age limit for your private party but require adult supervision for groups under 18 years of age.
• For any participants drinking alcohol – you must be at least 21 years of age and have valid identification.
• You get to select ANY PAINTING you wish to do from our Masterpiece Gallery.  Please email us a screenshot or the name of your chosen painting to merlotandamasterpiece@gmail.com atleast 24hrs prior to your event

Included

• Paint, the canvas, and the brushes.
• Instruction from local artists.
• Amenities, such as glasses, wine openers, ice, plates, and silverware.
• Best of all, we clean up for you.

What To Bring

• We are a complete BYOB (Bring your own booze).

• Bring any drinks, alcoholic or NON, and your snack or food of choice.

• Valid Identification Age 21+ for any alcohol consumption.

• There is no dress code, but there is a possibility that you might get paint on your clothing. We will provide you with an apron but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art.

• Please arrive AT LEAST 15 MIN  prior to the start of your event. CLASS WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME - so DON'T BE LATE!  The studio will be available 30min prior to the start of your event for socializing and mingling.

• Please utilize the parking garage located on Center St between Market St and Monroe St. There is street parking available, but can be difficult to find. Please plan accordingly.
