We will depart Rapid City at 8:30am and spend the morning touring the Shrine of Democracy in the beautiful Black Hills. Receive unique information about Mount Rushmore, and experience a stroll around the monument. For lunch you will get to experience authentic German cuisine at the Alpine Inn Restaurant. Finally, you will enjoy a 3 mile hike in the afternoon of the Flume Trail, where you will get up close and personal experiences with the local flora and wildlife. Includes all equipment, lunch, bottled water and light snacks.
