You step into a warm, humid windshield of the north coast road as the van peels away from Montego Bay and the sea slides into view. The driver—part guide, part storyteller—points out Rose Hall's white silhouette on the ridge, and the road hums east toward Ocho Rios where waterfalls and limestone pools wait.
