Good general fitness with experience walking 4–6 hours a day and handling elevation changes
No technical experience required, but you should be comfortable walking several hours on uneven terrain and able to manage altitude changes.
Trek sections reach alpine ridgelines typically in the ~3,000–3,700 m range, so acclimatization and slow pacing are recommended.
